Head-spa is an 75-90 minute luxury face, scalp and neck  hydro therapy massage treatment designed not only to pamper, and up-lift the face, but actually  to increase blood circulation and improve mood by stimulating the release of "happy hormones," serotonin, dopamine, and oxytocin. Reduce stress, headache pain, muscle tension in the face, and neck, as well as deep clean the scalp to increase nutrients for optimizing healthy hair and scalp health as a bonus. 

Our Swedish massage is perfect for those who need to unwind and relax. Our therapists use long, smooth strokes, kneading, and circular movements on the topmost layer of muscles to promote relaxation. Swedish Massage is available in 60, 75, and 90 minute sessions.

Our deep tissue massage is designed to relieve severe tension in the muscles and connective tissue. Our therapists use slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the affected areas to alleviate pain and stiffness.  Deep Tissue Massage is available in 60, 75, and 90 minute sessions. 

Therapeutic or target area massage is a combination of Swedish Massage and Deep Tissue Massage for clients who want an overall relaxing experience while still addressing one or two target areas with deep or alternative pressure.  Therapeutic Massage is a 60 minute service.

Pamper your tired aching feet and show your scalp some extra love by adding an these amazing features to your full body massage experience These are areas that often get neglected in our daily life.  The feet and scalp have sensitive pressure points that can relax and enhance your massage to add the extra care you need. This is a premium upgrade to your 90 minute service. Therapeutic Massage combines Swedish  Massage with Deep Tissue for target areas only.

Our body brushing massage is perfect for those who need to exfoliate the skin or those who are looking for a light lymphatic massage. Our therapist uses a dry body brush tailored to your preference over your full body to brush the body and gently exfoliate the skin. This can be performed as a single 60 minute service or by adding 30 minute body brushing upgrade to any massage.

Dry cupping is an ancient form of alternative therapy where special cups are placed on the skin to create suction. Suction pulls the skin and underlying tissue into the cups for a variety of health benefits like increased blood flow, relief of tension, reduce inflation, and relaxing sore muscles.  Cupping is offered as a 60 minute service or can be added to your Deep Tissue Massage as an upgrade to your service.

Our hot stone massage is perfect for those who need to unwind and relax. Our therapists use smooth, heated  or cold stones as an extension of their own hands, or by placing them on the body to promote relaxation, or to relieve swelling to aching sore muscles.  This is currently only being offered as as upgrade to your existing massage.
