Our body brushing massage is perfect for those who need to exfoliate the skin or those who are looking for a light lymphatic massage. Our therapist uses a dry body brush tailored to your preference over your full body in this 30 min session to brush the body and gently exfoliate the skin. This can be done alone or added to any massage.

Our hot stone massage is perfect for those who need to unwind and relax. Our therapists use smooth, heated  or cold stones as an extension of their own hands, or by placing them on the body to promote relaxation, or to relieve swelling to aching sore muscles.  This is currently only being offered as as upgrade to your existing massage.
